Work With Me
I help women in midlife understand what’s changing in their mind and body,
and what will genuinely help them feel better. Using a blend of medical insight and coaching, I guide you in making practical changes in sleep, stress, movement and daily habits to improve your energy, mood, focus and overall wellbeing.
Understand what’s changing. Know what helps. Move forward with clarity.
Who I Work With
Most of the women I work with are navigating a busy midlife, balancing work, family, ageing parents and the mental load that comes with it. They are capable and committed, but often running on too little rest and too many competing demands.
Common themes I hear include:
• Feeling disconnected from themselves
• Persistent tiredness, low mood or irritability
• Trouble concentrating or feeling “foggy”
• Priorities shifting and not knowing what to do with that
• Wanting change but not knowing where to start
If you recognise yourself in this, coaching combined with practical lifestyle changes can help you understand what’s going on and move forward with more energy, clarity and direction.
How I Work
My approach brings together transformational life coaching, psychology and lifestyle medicine. We look at what is happening in your mind and body and how you are responding to the demands around you. From there we focus on what might genuinely help.
The coaching process gives you the space to slow down, notice what is actually going on and understand the patterns behind how you think and cope. This clarity makes it easier to see which changes will support you best and how to put them into practice.
Together we explore what matters to you, how you work, and the habits and daily routines that shape your wellbeing. We also look at the lifestyle factors that influence mood, energy, sleep and stress. You gain a clearer sense of what supports your health and what you can use with confidence in everyday life.

Your Rediscovery Journey
6-Session Signature Coaching Programme
(12 weeks)
This programme gives you the space and structure to understand what is happening in your mind and body, make sense of your current stage of life, and work out what would genuinely help you feel better day to day.
We meet every two weeks for sixty minutes, giving you time to reflect and integrate without feeling rushed.
Across the twelve weeks we explore your values, strengths, thinking patterns and daily routines, alongside the lifestyle factors that influence mood, energy, sleep and stress. You learn what is driving the challenges you are facing, what supports your wellbeing, and feel clearer about what supports you going forward.
Each session builds on the last so that you finish with more clarity, more confidence in your choices, and practical steps that make a noticeable difference.
Includes:
• Six 60 minute coaching sessions
• Values and strengths work
• Tools from psychology and lifestyle medicine
• Guidance on sleep, stress, movement and daily habits
• Reflection prompts and practical exercises
• Optional WhatsApp or email check ins between sessions
Who this is for:
Women in midlife who want to understand what is going on and create changes that are grounded, realistic and sustainable.

“I felt overwhelmed and confused about my direction. Coaching helped me take the pressure off and realise I don’t need to make big decisions immediately — I’m already taking meaningful steps. It was surprisingly emotional and so easy to talk to you.”
Penelope, Senior Nurse
“I came to coaching feeling torn in different directions. Ute helped me understand my values and the power of pausing and reflecting. I now approach life from a place of love instead of constant self-criticism.”
Shobi, Salaried GP
“I was exhausted and angry all the time, and everything felt like too much. Through coaching I finally saw what I truly wanted, and I’m now taking time off and moving toward a life that feels more like me.”
Vicky, Chef and Event Organiser
“I arrived feeling lost about who I was becoming. Coaching made me feel less alone and helped me see that I had achieved far more than I realised. I now feel kinder to myself and I think less catastrophically.”

What to Expect
Working with me is a calm, structured process designed to help you understand what is happening in your mind and body, get clear on what you want, and make steady, realistic changes that improve your daily life.
Here is what the experience usually looks like:
1. A space where you can finally pause and think clearly
Most women I work with are used to pushing through. Our sessions give you protected time to step back, reflect and hear yourself without noise, expectations or judgement.
2. Conversations that bring together coaching and lifestyle medicine
We look at your values, habits, pressures and thought patterns while also understanding how sleep, stress, hormones, movement and daily routines influence how you feel. This combination helps you see the full picture rather than treating each problem in isolation.
3. Structure, with room for what you need that day
There is a gentle framework to guide the process, but each session follows your needs and priorities. You will not get generic advice. Instead, we explore what is really going on for you, often uncovering insights that are easy to miss when you are moving quickly.
4. Practical, realistic steps that feel manageable
We explore how sleep, stress, hormones, movement and daily routines interact with your emotional wellbeing. From there, we identify simple changes that support your energy, mood and focus in ways that feel realistic rather than overwhelming.
5. A collaborative partnership
Coaching is not something done to you. We work together. My role is to guide, question, reflect and bring clarity. Your role is to be curious and honest. Most clients are surprised by how quickly things begin to feel more grounded.

Who is this for
This work is for women in midlife who are carrying a lot and want space to think clearly about their life, health and direction. Most of my clients recognise themselves in some of the following:
• You feel responsible for many things at once Work, family, ageing parents, teenagers. You carry a lot, and it leaves little space for yourself.
• You sense that something is not quite right
Your energy, mood, sleep or focus have changed and you can’t tell whether it is stress, hormones, circumstances or all of it at once.
• You feel slightly disconnected from yourself
You still function well, but you are not sure what you want anymore or what would genuinely help.
• You are tired of pushing through
You’ve tried to “be more organised”, “be more positive” or “keep going”, but it isn’t working the way it used to.
• You want clarity without judgement
You need a calm space to speak honestly, understand what is going on and make sense of your priorities.
• You want practical steps, not generic advice
You prefer thoughtful conversations, evidence-based guidance and changes that fit your real life.
• You are willing to look at both your mind and your health
You are open to exploring how your habits, expectations, pressures and lifestyle affect how you feel.
And this is not for you, if
• You want quick fixes or prescriptive advice
Coaching is collaborative and reflective, not a set of instructions.
• You are looking for therapy for acute distress or ongoing trauma
Coaching can complement therapy but does not replace clinical mental health care.
• You are not ready to pause and look at your patterns
Coaching works best when you are willing to be curious about your thoughts, habits and expectations.
• You prefer external solutions rather than self-exploration
If you want someone to tell you exactly what to do, coaching may feel frustrating as it relies on your own insight and agency.
