Evidence-based coaching for women in midlife
For women in midlife
who have always coped well
and now feel overwhelmed and unsure why.
I help you understand what is happening in your mind and body and guide you in building a healthier, more sustainable way of living.
You may look like you are coping, but inside you feel exhausted and not quite yourself. This is a common midlife experience, and understanding the reasons for it is the first step toward feeling better supported in your daily life.
When the life you built still works on the outside, but no longer fits how you feel on the inside
You’ve spent years managing work, children and the mental and practical load that keeps everything running. You’re capable, often relentlessly so, but midlife has a way of stripping things back and showing you what’s no longer working.
You start to notice shifts:
-
Your energy doesn’t stretch as far.
-
Sleep isn’t the reset it once was.
-
Your patience for performing or pleasing is thinner.
-
The roles you’ve carried for years feel tighter, less “you.”
-
Something in you no longer wants to keep going in the same way.
And underneath all that, quieter but more insistent, the real questions emerge:
-
Which parts of my life still feel true, and which run on habit?
-
Where have I been coping instead of choosing?
-
What have I put off because I was too busy holding everything together?
-
Who am I now, and what do I need?
Midlife is a transition. Physiological changes, accumulated load and shifting priorities all converge, and your body signals that something needs to be adjusted.
Why Me?
I’m a medical doctor, PhD scientist and lifestyle medicine physician, combining medical insight with transformational life and health coaching. As a perimenopausal mother of three, I understand midlife from both the clinical and lived perspective. I know how changes in hormones, sleep, stress and cognitive load affect how you feel and how difficult it can be to care for yourself while carrying everything else.
My approach is practical, realistic and evidence-based. I won’t ask you to reinvent your life or follow complex routines. I help you understand what’s changing, decide what matters and build habits that fit into real life, not an idealised version of it.
Women often come to me with full lives and very little space for themselves, unsure what they want next or simply not feeling like themselves. The often say - My life is perfect, but something is missing. They leave with more clarity, more confidence and a clearer sense of direction.
