Six 60-minute sessions over 12 weeks.

We clarify values, examine expectations, and identify where change is needed.
Boundaries and behavioural experiments begin.

We consolidate insight into action.
Decisions become clearer.

Between sessions, you’ll experiment with small, realistic shifts that reduce pressure and increase clarity.

About me
I am a medical doctor by training and now work as a coach with women who find themselves at a point where something in their life no longer fits.
​
My background in medicine and lifestyle health means I understand how stress, mental load, sleep, nutrition and hormonal shifts affect how we think and cope. But coaching is not about lectures or diagnoses.
​
In our sessions, I listen carefully and without judgement. I reflect back what I hear. I ask questions that bring clarity. We untangle expectations from priorities. We identify what is yours, and what isn’t.

The work is thoughtful and practical. There is space for vulnerability, but also for clear decisions.
​
We are not aiming to reinvent your life overnight.
It is about understanding it properly, and then shaping it deliberately.
